TCA opted to use our POS in conjunction with Passkit, BBPOS and Xero
Our iPad POS system has not only allowed TCA to have a smoother interface for faster order-taking, but has also provided deep reporting and analytics while allowing for integration with other services to provide the most value at the lowest price.
Our POS works in unison with Passkit to create a tiered membership loyalty system for TCA. Passkit's mobile app allows TCA customers to sign in and spend via a digital pass to earn points and increase their tier level. The integration of a customer loyalty program benefits TCA and its customers, alike.
Our POS also works in tandem with BBPOS to offer TCA's customers multiple payment options for the smoothest experience possible. With all customer payments integrated, TCA's staff do not need to enter in payment amounts multiple times as everything is automated.
To ensure that TCA could manage all their accounts from a single system, our POS was paired with Xero accounting software. This combination ensured that TCA could reliably track accounting data from all their store locations through a single account, whenever and wherever they wanted.
In the past, TCA used an older style of POS that provided no real time information and forced staff to use an inefficient method to keep track of their inventory. This often led to items being stocked too late, which was not ideal for TCA's business operational efficiency.
TCA needed a flexible POS that could help tackle a number of other issues. First they needed a POS that could integrate the databases of all stores for simpler inventory tracking
. They also needed improved customer relationship management so that they could provide personalized and curated experiences to their customers. Finally, They needed a way to synchronize payments while having access to an integrated accounting system that was more powerful.
